Turnaround Time

Packaging orders carefully and shipping them quickly are among our top priorities.  Orders for items that are in stock will ship within 1-2 business days (weekdays, excluding holidays). If there are any issues that will cause a delay, such as an inventory shortfall, we will notify you immediately.

Shipping Methods

USPS Priority Mail
Most customers select Priority Mail through the USPS for small to medium size orders. This shipping method includes tracking and takes an average of 2-3 delivery days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).

FedEx Ground
FedEx Ground delivers to most parts of the contiguous United States within 1-4 delivery days (see map below).  This shipping method is delivered to residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday and to business addresses Monday through Friday.

FedEx Express
If you need to receive your order in a hurry, FedEx Express (Overnight, 2-Day, and Express Saver) are available during checkout. FedEx Express delivers Monday through Friday.  Because of our scheduled FedEx pick-up time, orders going FedEx Express (Standard Overnight, 2-Day, Express Saver) must be received by 10:00 A.M., CST, to ensure same-day shipping. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

International Shipping

PhotoWeights ships to numerous countries throughout the world.  Your cart will automatically calculate shipping for orders weighing up to 20 lbs.  The cost of shipping heavier orders will need to be calculated manually, based on the number of packages and the total weight.  We will email the expected cost to you for your approval before proceeding.

Heavy Orders (75 lbs+)

If the total weight of your order exceeds 75 lbs., your shopping cart will display the following shipping method, Large Order - We will contact you with a shipping quote. Once we calculate shipping based on the number of packages and weight, we will email the cost to you for approval before the charge is added to your order.

Service Disruptions

Service disruptions may occur due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the carrier's control. Please keep this in mind, especially during the winter months.
