Returns and Exchanges

PhotoWeights will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30-days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.
Please package your items carefully and use a shipping carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation. (We're unable to issue credit for items that are lost in the mail or arrive damaged.) The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
TERMS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on quantities of 24 or more paperweights.
- Return items in unused condition with their original finishing pieces.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you're returning all or a portion of an order that received free shipping, PhotoWeights may deduct the prorated cost of actual shipping prior to issuing a credit, refund, or exchange.
REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please follow these steps to request a return authorization:
- Go to your My Account page by clicking "My Account" from our top navigation.
- Log into your account if prompted to do so.
- From your My Account page, find the order number in question and click "(View Details)" to the right of the order number.
- Click the blue button labeled ADD NEW RMA. This will be located above the list of items contained in the order.
- Complete the form to submit your request.
