PhotoWeights are made of handcrafted glass and occasionally have characteristics inherent to handcrafted glassware. These characteristics may include a very small bubble or subtle imperfection. Please allow a slight variance in dimensions and weight.

THE ORDERING PROCESS

Our custom studio will use the image file you provide, as well any other design elements, to create an artwork proof.  This proof will be emailed to you for your review and approval within one business day.  Sometimes we'll create more than one version of the artwork to give you an additional option to choose from.  If you'd like to make changes, just let us know.  We'll provide up to three revisions at no charge.  (Additional revisions will be billed at $15 each.)

Once you've approved your artwork, please allow one week for your paperweight(s) to ship.  Some orders will require additional processing time, depending upon the size of the order and the inventory on hand.
