PAYMENT METHODS


Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also submit a payment through Paypal or mail a check or money order prior to shipping.

SALES TAX

We do not collect Sales Tax on orders that ship outside the state of South Dakota.

TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING

Most orders for in-stock merchandise will ship within two business days. From there, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be delivered within the contiguous United States.  If an item is on backorder or out of stock, availability information will appear on the product page, beneath the price.

Orders that include 25 or more paperweight kits may require additional time for us to process if we do not have enough inventory on hand. We will contact you with an anticipated ship date if we're unable to ship your order within five business days.

If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know by including a note in the comments field of your cart. Click "Add a note to your order" below the photos of the item(s) listed in your cart

LARGE ORDERS | SPECIAL ORDERS

Orders that include 100 or more paperweight kits are considered special orders and typically require a lead time of 2-3 weeks.  If we're required to submit a special order to the glass maker, your credit card will be charged at the time such an order is placed.  Special orders may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

RETURN POLICY

Unused items may be returned within 30-days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please view our Return Policy for details and return instructions.

We do not accept returns and exchanges involving more than 100 paperweights.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24-hours, unless the order has been processed for shipping.  Cancellation requests must be made by email (service@photoweights.com).

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

If you have a login for our website that includes a password, you can find out the status of your order by viewing your My Account page.

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Packages that are returned to us by the shipping carrier as refused or undeliverable will be processed as a return.  If the merchandise is not returnable under our Return Policy, it will be retained until alternate, pre-paid delivery arrangements are made.

OFFICE HOURS

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Orders placed after these hours will be received the following business day.
