Our website accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You may also submit a payment through Paypal. If you prefer to mail a check or money order, select the "Check or Money Order" option during checkout.
We do not collect Sales Tax on orders that ship outside South Dakota. Please check your state's Use Tax guidelines.
TURNAROUND TIME & SHIPPING
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship. (Orders that include 25 or more paperweight kits may require additional time for us to process.) If any items included in your order are out of stock, we will contact you by email with the anticipated ship date.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please let us know by including a note in the comments field of your cart. Click "Add a note to your order" below the photos of the item(s) listed in your cart.

Our shop accepts returns and exchanges within 60-days from the date of delivery. For terms and exclusions, please read our RETURN POLICY.
Unless an order has been packaged for shipping, orders may be cancelled within 24-hours. Orders cancelled after 24-hours will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee if they are in the process stage. Cancellation requests must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
If you have a login for our website that includes a password, you can find out the status of your order by viewing your MY ACCOUNT page.
Packages that are returned to us by the shipping carrier as refused will be processed as a return. If the merchandise is not returnable under our RETURN POLICY, our office will contact the recipient so alternate shipping and delivery arrangements may be made.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Orders placed outside these hours or on observed holidays will be considered received on the following business day.
