Store Policies Returns and Exchanges We take great pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. This is why we offer an unconditional guarantee. If your dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, it may be returned or exchanged within 30-days. Please see Returns & Exchanges for full details.
Turnaround Time / Availability Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weekdays. Larger orders for 25 or more paperweights may require additional processing time. If your order needs to arrive by a specific date, please let us know by including a note in the comments field of your cart during checkout. If an item is temporarily sold out, or if our inventory for a particular paperweight is low, availability information will be posted on that item's page (beneath the price). We may, at our discretion, hold your order up to five business days to ship everything complete. In some instances we will ship the available items immediately. Loss and Breakage
Each order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. In the rare event loss or breakage occurs, damage must be reported within 7-days from the date of delivery to request a replacement or credit. Please retain the box your order arrived in, as well as all packing materials, until your request has been processed.
Shipping and Delivery Confirmation Review Shipping Methods & Timing.
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, as well as your Zip Code.
All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. In most instances a signature is not required at the time of delivery. If you are having your order shipped to an address where no one will be available to receive the package during the day, please ensure the address is a secure location. PhotoWeights assumes no responsibility for packages not received when the shipping carrier confirms delivery. Cancellations An order may only be canceled within an hour of being placed, unless it has been processed for shipping. Cancellation requests must be emailed to service@photoweights.com. Refunds and Exchanges for Orders Shipped Free Standard Shipping If an order shipped Free Standard Shipping is later returned for a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Exceptions: If a refund is requested for a portion of the order, shipping charges will not be deducted from the refunded amount if the customer retains at least $99.00 in merchandise. In the event items are returned for an exchange, shipping charges will apply for the replacements. Sales Tax If the shipping address for your order is located in California, we are required to collect 8.75% sales tax. This will be be added to your total during checkout. California customers with a wholesale account are exempt from paying sales tax. Register for a wholesale account. Service Failures
Disruptions may occur within the FedEx, or U.S. Postal Service networks due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the carrier's control. In the event of a disruption, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refused and Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to us marked Return to Sender, Refused, Undeliverable, etc., will be processed in accordance with our return policy. A refund or store credit will automatically be issued, minus the total cost for outbound and return shipping. If a refused or unclaimed package was shipped 'Free Standard Shipping,' actual outbound and return shipping charges will be assessed before a refund or store credit is issued. Check Policy, Returned Checks Checks may be held for a period of five to seven business days before an order is released for shipping. Checks returned unpaid are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee. Wholesale Orders Wholesale orders are exempt from the use of coupon codes and MyRewards points. The minimum order requirement for wholesale is $100.00, not including the cost of shipping. If your merchandise total is $50.00 or less, the cost of the items ordered will be adjusted to retail and the difference will be charged to your credit card. (If the order was paid through Paypal, a Paypal invoice will be emailed to you for the amount owed.) If the merchandise total is more than $50.00, a Small Order Fee of no more than $10.00 will be added. International Orders
PhotoWeights is pleased to ship to destinations outside the United States. Please add your items to our shopping cart and proceed to checkout to determine your shipping charges. For orders being shipped outside the United States, any duties and taxes imposed are the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery. These charges are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by PhotoWeights. For more information about duties and taxes, please consult your local customs office. Customers having orders shipped outside the United States agree to accept non-signature delivery confirmation as verification of merchandise receipt. Our office reserves the right to refuse any international order for any reason.
