This area of our website provides customers with a convenient way to return merchandise to us for a refund or an exchange.

Our Policy on Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please complete form below to request a return authorization.  Requests must be received within 30-days from the date your order was delivered.
 
Merchandise must be received in unused condition with their original finishing pieces.  Custom paperweights, replacement finishing kits, gift boxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
In the event 24 or more paperweights are returned, we will provide an exchange or store credit only.  A 15% restocking fee will also apply.  Store credit must be redeemed within 90-days from the date of issue.
