All items returned to us should be in unused condition with the finishing pieces they included. Please package your items carefully and use a shipping carrier that offers delivery tracking and confirmation, as we are not responsible for loss or breakage.
TERMS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Templates and replacement finishing kits are non-returnable
- There is a 5% restocking fee for returned or exchanged merchandise.
- If you are returning 50-99 paperweight kits, we offer an exchange or store credit only. Store credit may be redeemed within 120 days.
- We do not accept returns and exchanges involving more than 100 paperweights.
- Custom paperweights may not be returned.
REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Please follow these steps to request a return authorization:
- Go to your My Account page by clicking "My Account" in the blue bar at the top of our website.
- Log into your account if prompted to do so.
- From your My Account page, find the order number in question and click "(View Details)" to the right of the order number.
- Click the blue button labeled ADD NEW RMA. This will be located above the list of items contained in the order.
- Complete the form to submit your request.
