PhotoWeights accepts returns and exchanges within 30-days from the date of delivery, subject to the terms outlined below.

Please package your items carefully and use a shipping carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.  PhotoWeights is not responsible for breakage or loss, and cannot issue credit for glassware that arrives broken.


  • Items must be returned in unused condition with their original finishing pieces and packaging.
  • Returned and exchanged paperweight are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges that involve more than 25 paperweights.


If you're returning all or a portion of an order that qualified for $5.00 standard shipping, PhotoWeights may deduct the prorated cost of actual shipping prior to issuing a credit, refund, or exchange.


Please follow these steps to request a return authorization:

  • Go to your My Account page by clicking "My Account" in the blue bar at the top of our website.
  • Log into your account if prompted to do so.
  • From your My Account page, find the order number in question and click "(View Details)" to the right of the order number.
  • Click the blue button labeled ADD NEW RMA.  This will be located above the list of items contained in the order.
  • Complete the form to submit your request.
