Turnaround Time
Every
attempt will be made to ship your order within three business days.
From time to time we may experience a higher than anticipated customer
demand for some products which can result in shipping delays. If your
order is affected by such a delay, we will notify you as quickly as
possible.
If you are placing a larger, bulk order, the turnaround time for your order may be extended by up to five business days.
Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in our products and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event you're not satisfied, you may return your merchandise for replacement or refund within 30-days from the date of delivery.
Returned merchandise must be in original, undamaged condition and sent to us prepaid and properly insured with a copy of the sales receipt no later than 30-days from the date of delivery. Please indicate on the receipt which items you would like in exchange, or if you are requesting a refund. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.)
Please note that custom merchandise may not be returned. Bulk 24-packs may only be returned for an exchange.

International Orders
PhotoWeights is pleased to offer shipping to our international customers through the U.S. Postal Service. All international orders are subject to the destination country's duty charges and other fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
International orders totaling $100.00 or less may placed through our website and paid by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. If your international order exceeds $100.00, payment must be paid by international bank cheque drawn on U.S. funds. If you are in Canada or the UK, you may place your order through our website and use Paypal as a payment method. Your order must be shipped to your confirmed Paypal address.

PhotoWeights reserves the right to refuse any international orders.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are automatically calculated during check-out and are based on your location, the total weight of your order, and how quickly you wish to receive your merchandise. You will have an opportunity to review your shipping charges prior to finalizing your order.
If your order consists of more than 24 paperweights being sent UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select, additional charges may apply for a multiple package shipment.
Sales Tax
PhotoWeights' operation is located in South Dakota. You will only be charged sales tax if your shipping address is within our state.
