Custom Paperweights - Pricing and Placing an Order
Pricing
Custom paperweight design and finishing services are available for an additional charge. The personalization fee is $3.95 for each paperweight up to 11 pieces; $3.75 each for a quantity of 12-23; $3.56 each for a quantity of 24-99; $3.36 each for a quantity of 100-199; and $3.16 each for 200 or more paperweights. A non-refundable set-up fee of $20.00 will apply to each custom order.
The personalization and set-up fees will be added to the cost of the paperweights themselves.

Turnaround Time
The turnaround time for custom orders is determined by the size of the order, as well as our custom work schedule. You should allow between 5-10 business days from the date of design approval for the order to be processed and shipped.
Placing a Custom Order
Step 1: Add the personalization and set-up fees to your cart.
Step 2: Select and add the paperweight style of your choice to your cart.
Please select a paperweight style from our online catalog and add the appropriate quantity to your cart.
Step 3: Submit your artwork and order details.
The photo or artwork for your paperweights may be sent to us by email or regular mail. Once your order is submitted, you will receive instructions on how to forward your image to us.
We recommend providing larger image files that have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. The larger the image, the higher the finished quality. In addition, your image should be large enough to fit into the display area of the paperweight style you've chosen. (See the paperweight's product page for measurement details).
Accepted file formats include .jpg, .gif, and .bmp. Your image file should be less than 4 MB in size.
Finalizing your order
Once we've received your order and your artwork, we will contact you to discuss your paperweight design. A pre-production sample will be created. A photograph of the sample will be sent to you by email for your reveiw and approval. If preferred, a physical sample is available for a $25.00 fee, including U.S. Priority shipping.
